About the Role
Potensis Selection is working on behalf of a leading residential developer to recruit a talented and motivated Site Manager. This role offers the opportunity to take the reins on a prestigious project in Eastbourne, delivering a high-quality development while advancing your professional growth in a supportive and dynamic environment.

As Site Manager, you will:

• Take charge of site operations, ensuring that all activities are planned, executed, and monitored to meet key deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. From initial groundworks to final inspections, you will oversee every stage of the project with a hands-on approach.
• Lead and inspire the site team, including subcontractors, suppliers, and direct staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining productivity and resolving any on-site challenges.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, creating a safe workplace where regulations are met and risks are effectively managed. You will conduct regular checks and ensure all team members are working to the highest safety standards.
• Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, maintaining open communication with clients, consultants, and local authorities. You will provide updates on progress, address concerns, and represent the project with professionalism and confidence.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality, conducting inspections and ensuring all work meets the specified standards. Your attention to detail will help deliver a finished product that exceeds expectations.

About You
We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering high-quality residential developments. You should have:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple aspects of the project simultaneously.
• A comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations, coupled with a proactive approach to ensuring compliance on site.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to address challenges effectively and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
• Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid, and a background in construction management or a related field.
